This section guides you on how to use Ticket as Provisioner for WHMCS. Please read the Getting Started document before continuing if you did not read it.

Create a Template #

You can create ticket templates and use them as product functions. The templates support multi-language, and you can set different departments, and ticket statuses for each template. Also, you can use various variables in your ticket subject and message.

To create a new template navigate to the addon dashboard (Utilities -> Ticket as Provisioner) and click Create Templatebutton. On this page, you can enter the ticket subject and message body. Also, you have options to disable ticket email or select the admin user who opens the ticket.

Default subject and message versions are used for the WHMCS default language and any languages where template translations are not defined. If the Multi-Language support was enabled from the addon settings page you can see the subject and message fields for any active language.

Multi-Language Support #

If your website is multi-language and you want to translate ticket templates for different languages you should enable the desired language from the Ticket as Provisioner Settings page. To enable languages navigate to the addon dashboard and click Settings button. Select desired languages from the Template Languages option and save changes.

Set as Product Module #

This addon can be configured like a standard WHMCS Provisioning Module. To use and config the addon for your desired product, navigate to the Module Settings tab of the product. You can select your defined templates for each module function in this tab.
