Getting Started

This section helps you to set up Ticket Campaigns for WHMCS.

Using Ticket Campaigns lets you send tickets to clients based on specific criteria. With a queuing process, Ticket Campaigns allows you transparently process many campaigns at once.

System Requirements #

To use Ticket Campaigns, you need to have WHMCS 8 (or higher version) with PHP 7.4 or more running on your hosting server.

Addon Installation #

Download and extract the addon package from our Panel. Upload the contents of the upload directory to your WHMCS installation directory.

Now go to Addon Modules Management and enable the Ticket Campaigns addon.

Now you should enter the addon License Key and grant access to desired admin groups.

Press Save Changes, and now you can access addon from Utilities -> Ticket Campaigns.

Note: The addon uses its own WHMCS cron system, so you need to set up the WHMCS cron properly to be functional. We recommend setting Cron Frequency to once per minute.
